When you contact us or use our services, we may collect: your name, business name, email address, phone number, service preferences, budget range, and any message you send us. When you use our AI agents, we may process conversation data, call recordings and transcripts to operate and improve the service.

We use your data to respond to enquiries, build and deliver AI agent services, improve agent performance, send service communications, and meet legal obligations. We never sell your data to third parties.

4. Data security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-controlled and audited. We use trusted cloud infrastructure providers and follow industry best practices for security.

5. Your rights

You own your data. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at hello@bizaut.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

6. AI processing

Our AI agents process conversation and call data to perform their tasks. We do not use your data to train generic foundation models. Any model fine-tuning uses your data solely to improve your own agents, with your consent.
